# Mighty Fit vs ER TRAINING

The clearest difference is update cadence: ER TRAINING at every 3 months against Mighty Fit's every 12 months. ER TRAINING also leads on device support. On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mighty Fit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $499.99 per month and ER TRAINING sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $89.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
