# BRG Apts vs NEXTBAND IQ

The clearest difference is ratings volume: BRG Apts at 551 against NEXTBAND IQ's 15. BRG Apts also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). NEXTBAND IQ's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 10 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NEXTBAND IQ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BRG Apts has 551 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BRG Apts ships an update every 10 months, NEXTBAND IQ every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
