# Seerist vs Metro Pulse

The clearest difference is rating: Seerist at 5.0 against Metro Pulse's 2.8. Metro Pulse's advantage is ratings volume (125 vs 4) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Seerist holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Metro Pulse has 125 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Seerist ships an update every 9 days, Metro Pulse every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
