# EZ Screen Translator vs Renpy Pocket

EZ Screen Translator and Renpy Pocket both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 65% of Renpy Pocket's written reviews are positive against 19% of EZ Screen Translator's. Renpy Pocket also leads on device support (3 vs 1). EZ Screen Translator's advantage is ratings volume (789 vs 187). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EZ Screen Translator sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Renpy Pocket sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EZ Screen Translator holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 789 and 187 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of EZ Screen Translator's written reviews are positive against 65% of Renpy Pocket's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
