# Ticket Wallet vs Daily Despair

The clearest difference is rating: Ticket Wallet at 4.8 against Daily Despair's 3.7. Ticket Wallet also leads on ratings volume (32 vs 3) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.2). Daily Despair's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ticket Wallet holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ticket Wallet has 32 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 94% of Ticket Wallet's written reviews are positive against 100% of Daily Despair's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ticket Wallet ships an update monthly, Daily Despair every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
