# Knowt vs StudyAura

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Knowt at 11K against StudyAura's 2. Knowt also leads on chart position (#108 vs unranked). StudyAura's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Knowt sells 27 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and StudyAura sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StudyAura holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Knowt has 11K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Knowt ships an update weekly, StudyAura every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
