# Knowt vs PrepifyMe

Knowt and PrepifyMe both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of PrepifyMe's written reviews are positive against 62% of Knowt's. PrepifyMe also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 32) and ads (none vs shown). Knowt's advantage is ratings volume (11K vs 10) and chart position (#84 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Knowt sells 28 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. PrepifyMe asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Knowt against 4.6 for PrepifyMe. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Knowt has 11K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 62% of Knowt's written reviews are positive against 100% of PrepifyMe's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
