# HighwayRadar vs Flocklight

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HighwayRadar at 78% against Flocklight's 33%. HighwayRadar also leads on rating (4.6 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (144 vs 8). Flocklight's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 11 days). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HighwayRadar sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Flocklight sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HighwayRadar holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HighwayRadar has 144 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 78% of HighwayRadar's written reviews are positive against 33% of Flocklight's.

HighwayRadar ships an update every 11 days, Flocklight every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
