# Cubitt Pro vs Hera

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Hera at 100% against Cubitt Pro's 56%. Hera also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.1). Cubitt Pro's advantage is ratings volume (154 vs 3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hera holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cubitt Pro has 154 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 56% of Cubitt Pro's written reviews are positive against 100% of Hera's.

Cubitt Pro ships an update every 2 weeks, Hera every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
