# OPTAMISE vs sprcoaching

The clearest difference is update cadence: sprcoaching at every 8 days against OPTAMISE's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OPTAMISE sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $250.00 per month and sprcoaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $130.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OPTAMISE ships an update monthly, sprcoaching every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
