# TensorArt vs Kulay

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Kulay at 100% against TensorArt's 33%. Kulay also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 33) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). TensorArt's advantage is ratings volume (936 vs 10) and chart position (#185 vs unranked). On price, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TensorArt sells 31 in-app purchases, starting at $9.90 per month. Kulay asks for nothing beyond the download.

Kulay holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TensorArt has 936 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 33% of TensorArt's written reviews are positive against 100% of Kulay's.

TensorArt ships an update fortnightly, Kulay every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
