# Autonomous Habit vs SEE

The clearest difference is update cadence: Autonomous Habit at every 5 days against SEE's fortnightly. Autonomous Habit also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Autonomous Habit ships an update every 5 days, SEE fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
