# Bad Dog! vs Master Dog

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bad Dog! at 80% against Master Dog's 0%. Master Dog's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (30 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Master Dog holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Master Dog has 30 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Bad Dog!'s written reviews are positive against 0% of Master Dog's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
