Journaling without the blank page. Echofy turns self-discovery into a short, calm ritual: name what is on your mind, draw an image card and answer four gentle prompts. The picture gives you a new angle, the words come easier, and a blurry feeling turns into something concrete. CARD OF THE DAY • Once a day, choose one of three face-down cards and answer one short question, or just look • Free for everyone, and it doesn't use your sessions • An optional reminder at the time you choose HOW A SESSION WORKS • Write your intention, or start without one • Draw a card from a deck of atmospheric illustrations • Answer four prompts: what you feel, what the image says about you, where it already shows up in your life, and what you take with you • Save the session and reread it any time WHY ECHOFY • Image prompts instead of a blank page: a gentle way into shadow work and self-reflection • About five minutes, finished in one sitting • Built on metaphorical associative cards, a projective technique used by coaches and psychologists. A card has no fixed meaning; the meaning is yours • Private by design: no account, no cloud, works offline. Your answers stay on your phone • A breathing pause whenever you need a moment FREE AND PREMIUM • Try Echofy for free • Premium unlocks unlimited sessions. Choose an annual plan with a free trial for eligible new subscribers, a weekly plan, or a one-time lifetime purchase Echofy is a tool for self-reflection. It is not therapy and not medical advice.
