# Bookshop.org vs EEPP

Bookshop.org and EEPP both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 94% of EEPP's written reviews are positive against 57% of Bookshop.org's. Bookshop.org's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EEPP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Bookshop.org asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Bookshop.org against 4.8 for EEPP.
