# Nomad vs M40+

The clearest difference is update cadence: M40+ at every 3 weeks against Nomad's every 2 months. Nomad's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nomad ships an update every 2 months, M40+ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
