# Fantasy Cafe vs Hunter Evolution

The clearest difference is rating: Fantasy Cafe at 4.8 against Hunter Evolution's 4.0. Fantasy Cafe also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Hunter Evolution's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 33%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fantasy Cafe sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and Hunter Evolution sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fantasy Cafe holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 39 and 49 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Fantasy Cafe's written reviews are positive against 60% of Hunter Evolution's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fantasy Cafe ships an update fortnightly, Hunter Evolution every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
