# Recall vs SitzProbe

The clearest difference is rating: SitzProbe at 5.0 against Recall's 3.0. SitzProbe also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). Recall's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Recall sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and SitzProbe sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SitzProbe holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Recall has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Recall ships an update every 3 months, SitzProbe every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
