# Funnel vs Azimuth

The clearest difference is rating: Azimuth at 5.0 against Funnel's 4.6. Azimuth also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). Funnel's advantage is ratings volume (47 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Funnel sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Azimuth sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Azimuth holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Funnel has 47 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Funnel ships an update every 6 weeks, Azimuth every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
