# Themie vs LED Banner

The clearest difference is rating: Themie at 4.4 against LED Banner's 2.7. Themie also leads on ratings volume (26K vs 7) and chart position (#9 vs unranked). LED Banner's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Themie sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. LED Banner asks for nothing beyond the download.

Themie holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Themie has 26K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Themie ships an update fortnightly, LED Banner every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
