# Viva Sing vs DD Live

Viva Sing and DD Live both sit at 2.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Viva Sing's written reviews are positive against 30% of DD Live's. DD Live's advantage is ratings volume (18 vs 3). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Viva Sing sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and DD Live sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 2.7 for Viva Sing against 2.6 for DD Live. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DD Live has 18 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Viva Sing's written reviews are positive against 30% of DD Live's.

Viva Sing ships an update every 9 days, DD Live every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
