Using the phone's camera and LED, photoplethysmography (PPG) is measured and analyzed from the finger to inform heart rate and heart rate variability and is used for health management purposes. When you place the tip of your index finger on the rear camera, the heart-shaped camera preview turns red, then click the start button to start measuring. Normal Measurement takes about 20 seconds, and Precision Measurement takes about 1 minute. Continuous Measurement can monitor heart rate and heart rate variability in real time. You can save measured values by clicking the save button on each measurement screen. Saved data can be viewed in the record list view, and you can view detailed data by clicking on the list. Data can be deleted by dragging it to the left in the list. Saved data can also be viewed in graph form in the history graph view. Your Apple Watch records the ECG. ToBeat helps you explore the details and keep useful records for your next conversation with a doctor. EXPLORE A RECORDING • Scroll through the original waveform, zoom in, and use rulers and beat labels to inspect individual beats. • Review nine measurements: HR, R-R, the selected HRV value (RMSSD or SDNN), P, PR, QRS, QRSa, QT, and QTc. Open beat charts and the average-beat view for more context. • Compare five QTc formulas and adjust the QT endpoint manually. The formula and any manual adjustment remain visible. • Review possible findings, including PAC, PVC and T-wave markers, alongside the waveform that produced them. KEEP THE BIGGER PICTURE Organize recordings with favorites, color tags and filters. Explore heart rate and QTc over time, then return to the original recording behind a change. SHARE ON YOUR TERMS Export a PDF with the waveform and measurements. Or copy structured data and a question into your preferred AI. ToBeat does not provide built-in AI answers or include paid third-party AI services. You choose what to share; AI answers may be inaccurate. ONE RECORDING, UNLOCKED FREE Recording information and basic heart-rate trends are free. Unlock one recording on this device after its analysis loads successfully. You can reopen its full details, charts and exports anytime. Other recordings require ToBeat Pro. YOUR DATA AND ITS LIMITS With permission, ToBeat uses HealthKit to read Apple Health ECG records without modifying them. Waveform analysis runs on device; raw waveforms are not sent to ToBeat servers for analysis. HR is the Apple Health average, and R-R is derived from that average heart rate. Short-recording HRV is not equivalent to all-day HRV. Unsupported or incomplete measurements are shown as unavailable, never filled with estimates. Possible findings are for personal reference, not a diagnosis. ToBeat is not a medical device and does not provide health/risk scores, treatment or medication advice, or emergency services. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns; contact local emergency services in an emergency. ECG availability depends on your Apple Watch, software and region. TOBEAT PRO & PURCHASES Monthly, Annual and Family Annual subscriptions renew automatically. Lifetime and Family Lifetime are one-time purchases that do not renew. Eligible family plans support Apple Family Sharing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Renewal is charged within the final 24 hours. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, or restore purchases in ToBeat. The App Store confirms the price, currency and any trial eligibility before purchase.
