# Kavach vs Buddy Up Network

The clearest difference is update cadence: Buddy Up Network at every 2 weeks against Kavach's every 5 weeks. Kavach's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Kavach ships an update every 5 weeks, Buddy Up Network every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
