The clearest difference is ratings volume: MangaPin at 5.9K against Lipex Light Novel Reader's 10. Lipex Light Novel Reader's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 11 days) and review sentiment (100% vs 91%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MangaPin sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Lipex Light Novel Reader sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
