# SoNexy vs DEX

The clearest difference is update cadence: SoNexy at every 11 days against DEX's every 5 weeks. DEX's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SoNexy ships an update every 11 days, DEX every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
