# SALUD Meal Plan vs V

The clearest difference is monetization model: SALUD Meal Plan at free with in-app purchases against V's subscription. V's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (89% vs 56%). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

V holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: V has 160 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 56% of SALUD Meal Plan's written reviews are positive against 89% of V's.

SALUD Meal Plan ships an update every 3 weeks, V fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 22, 2026 and September 21, 2026 respectively.
