Test VMA Leger-Boucher sur une piste balisée tous les 50m Epreuve continue, progressive, de course avec des paliers de 2 minutes. La piste, ou le parcours, doit être balisé tous les 50 mètres. Chaque coureur prend le départ à coté d'un plot et doit régler sa course en faisant coïncider son passage au niveau d'un plot avec un bip sonore. Si le coureur arrive au plot en avance, il attend le signal pour continuer sa course. Quand le coureur ne parvient plus à suivre le rythme, le test prend fin et le résultat de la VMA correspond à la vitesse indiquée à l'arret du coureur.
