# MTour vs Citinerary

The clearest difference is ads: MTour at none against Citinerary's shown. Citinerary's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MTour sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Citinerary sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MTour ships an update monthly, Citinerary every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
