# Sable Dating vs Secure

The clearest difference is rating: Sable Dating at 5.0 against Secure's 4.2. Secure's advantage is ratings volume (24 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Sable Dating holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Secure has 24 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sable Dating ships an update every 2 months, Secure every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
