# Siren Connected Boat vs Crew

The clearest difference is rating: Siren Connected Boat at 4.3 against Crew's 3.0. Siren Connected Boat also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 7). Crew's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Siren Connected Boat holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Siren Connected Boat has 1.3K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Siren Connected Boat's written reviews are positive against 25% of Crew's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Siren Connected Boat ships an update every 6 weeks, Crew every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
