# UMC Connect vs VYVE Cycle

The clearest difference is ads: UMC Connect at none against VYVE Cycle's shown. UMC Connect also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). VYVE Cycle's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 19 months) and ratings volume (55 vs 1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for UMC Connect against 5.0 for VYVE Cycle. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VYVE Cycle has 55 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
