# SelfBrief vs Duty+

The clearest difference is update cadence: Duty+ at every 2 weeks against SelfBrief's every 5 weeks. SelfBrief's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.5). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SelfBrief ships an update every 5 weeks, Duty+ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
