# Thunder Pro vs Cleaning Calculator

The clearest difference is rating: Cleaning Calculator at 4.7 against Thunder Pro's 3.6. Cleaning Calculator also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (440 vs 48). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Thunder Pro sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Cleaning Calculator sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cleaning Calculator holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cleaning Calculator has 440 ratings behind it against 48, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 71% of Thunder Pro's written reviews are positive against 80% of Cleaning Calculator's.

Thunder Pro ships an update fortnightly, Cleaning Calculator every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
