# Dico vs NX Chat

The clearest difference is update cadence: NX Chat at every 4 days against Dico's every 5 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dico sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and NX Chat sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dico ships an update every 5 weeks, NX Chat every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
