The clearest difference is update cadence: EVERFUN at every 4 months against Mid's every 22 months. EVERFUN also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.6). Mid's advantage is device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mid ships an update every 22 months, EVERFUN every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
