# SEE vs Thryve

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SEE at none against Thryve's 3. SEE also leads on ads (none vs shown). Thryve's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Thryve sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. SEE asks for nothing beyond the download.

SEE ships an update fortnightly, Thryve every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
