# Hydralert vs ADHD Task

The clearest difference is update cadence: Hydralert at every 2 days against ADHD Task's every 7 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hydralert sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and ADHD Task sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
