The clearest difference is rating: Nora Security Camera at 5.0 against Ear Spy Apps's 4.4. Ear Spy Apps's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ear Spy Apps sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Nora Security Camera sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
