# MapGame! vs Cruciverse

The clearest difference is ads: Cruciverse at none against MapGame!'s shown. Cruciverse also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (100% vs 78%). MapGame!'s advantage is ratings volume (420 vs 4). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MapGame! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Cruciverse sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cruciverse holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MapGame! has 420 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 78% of MapGame!'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Cruciverse's.
