# Higher Self vs One Mother

The clearest difference is ratings volume: One Mother at 446 against Higher Self's 41. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Higher Self sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $22.99 per month and One Mother sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Higher Self against 4.9 for One Mother. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: One Mother has 446 ratings behind it against 41, so its average is the more settled of the two.
