The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Vollkit at none against StrictlyBased's 1. Vollkit also leads on ads (none vs shown). StrictlyBased's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (19 vs 1). On price, rating, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StrictlyBased sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Vollkit asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Vollkit against 5.0 for StrictlyBased. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StrictlyBased has 19 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
