# Key Rewards vs Loop Passport

The clearest difference is rating: Key Rewards at 4.3 against Loop Passport's 3.6. Key Rewards also leads on ratings volume (37 vs 5). Loop Passport's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Key Rewards holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Key Rewards has 37 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Key Rewards ships an update every 5 weeks, Loop Passport every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
