# SelfStudy vs EduleaderGlobal

The clearest difference is update cadence: EduleaderGlobal at every 4 weeks against SelfStudy's every 2 months. SelfStudy's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SelfStudy sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and EduleaderGlobal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $49.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SelfStudy ships an update every 2 months, EduleaderGlobal every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
