# Interval Flow vs Interval Timer

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Interval Flow at 15.6 against Interval Timer's 26.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interval Flow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Interval Timer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
