# FivePointFive vs ZRecover

FivePointFive and ZRecover both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of ZRecover's written reviews are positive against 58% of FivePointFive's. ZRecover also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and device support (4 vs 2). FivePointFive's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (5.1K vs 23). On price, rating and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FivePointFive sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $44.99 per 3 months. ZRecover asks for nothing beyond the download.

ZRecover holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FivePointFive has 5.1K ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 58% of FivePointFive's written reviews are positive against 100% of ZRecover's.
