# FivePointFive vs Möta

FivePointFive and Möta both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Möta's written reviews are positive against 58% of FivePointFive's. Möta also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). FivePointFive's advantage is ratings volume (5.1K vs 5) and chart position (#112 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FivePointFive sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $44.99 per 3 months and Möta sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Möta holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FivePointFive has 5.1K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 58% of FivePointFive's written reviews are positive against 100% of Möta's.

FivePointFive ships an update every 4 days, Möta every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
