# FivePointFive vs KoopAI

The clearest difference is ratings volume: FivePointFive at 4.9K against KoopAI's 2. FivePointFive also leads on chart position (#81 vs unranked) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 10 days). KoopAI's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FivePointFive sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $44.99 per 3 months and KoopAI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

KoopAI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FivePointFive has 4.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FivePointFive ships an update every 5 days, KoopAI every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
