# Secondz vs Food Date

The clearest difference is update cadence: Food Date at every 5 days against Secondz's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Secondz ships an update fortnightly, Food Date every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
