# Hyper Space vs SecureVault

The clearest difference is price: Hyper Space at Free against SecureVault's $0.99. Hyper Space also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (367 vs 1). SecureVault's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and review sentiment (100% vs 83%). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Hyper Space is free to download; SecureVault costs $0.99 up front. Hyper Space sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. SecureVault asks for nothing beyond the download.

Hyper Space holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hyper Space has 367 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Hyper Space's written reviews are positive against 100% of SecureVault's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hyper Space ships an update every 4 weeks, SecureVault every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
