# Sandlines vs PoliSquare

The clearest difference is rating: PoliSquare at 5.0 against Sandlines's 4.4. Sandlines's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PoliSquare holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sandlines has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sandlines ships an update every 6 days, PoliSquare weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
